Executive Coaching

Working with a stable of accredited Executive Coaches and accomplished business leaders we support a growing number of GMs, senior executives and business leaders to develop their individual leadership performance, personal brand equity and impact as a leader. This is delivered through a relational coaching approach. Each coaching intervention is tailored to the individual and is designed to support a myriad of settings and circumstances such as transitioning into new and broader leadership assignments; career change; optimization of leadership performance or the development of an executive’s strategic capabilities and perspective.

In all cases, Executive Coaching is provided on a 3-session basis and is costed according to the type, level and nature of each engagement, which by definition, is driven by the needs and requirements of the Executive.

Career Transition Programme (CTP)

Business Consultant/Facilitator

Initially by chance but more recently by design, we have developed a small but powerful reputation with several client partners for our capability to design and deliver high-energy; highly creative and powerful conference events and learning programs – where we have performed two roles. Firstly, as a creative source to inspire the design, structure and content of the program or event. Secondly, to facilitate or lead the day or event!

Working with our partners, we will sit down with you to plan the concept, develop the theme and then work tirelessly to deliver a unique and highly engaging event and experience that delivers your message, vision and objectives in a distinctly you meets us way!
